As Chairman of The ROBB Group Mr. Robb was responsible for advisory board development and strategic relationships that supported the growth of the consulting firm.

Mr. Robb co-authored The ROBB Group’s library of revenue optimization, channel optimization and competitive displacement methods, practices, process and products such as the Corporate Revenue Audit, Global Sales Audit, Channel Analyzer and CEO Institute curriculum.

With over thirty-five years of comprehensive professional experience in all facets of corporate leadership, new business development, sales and marketing, venture capital acquisition, IPO’s and loss-to-profit turn around scenarios Mr. Robb has earned a reputation as a passionate vision-oriented executive who operates with a high degree of passion and integrity.

Widely known as a change agent, Mr. Robb has compiled numerous successes in building or rebuilding high tech organization’s sales, marketing and leadership teams to accelerate growth of revenue, profit and market share.

While at Attachmate, as Director North American Sales, Mr. Robb led US sales effort establishing a number of key accounts and building sales revenue from $8 million to over $85 million within 24 months.

This success was duplicated at Wall Data by growing sales revenue from $2 million to $150 million in just over four years accelerating the company into a successful IPO. While at Wall Data he spearheaded an alliance agreement with Microsoft in the early battles between OS2 and Windows; this alliance enabled Windows to infiltrate the Fortune 500 and enabled Microsoft to end OS2’s dominance in the market.

In addition to Attachmate and Wall Data, Mr. Robb has served in executive roles at Galleon Distributed Technologies, Primus Communications, Endura Software, Fiserv, Inc and 3M Corporation specializing in developing enterprise sales models and practices for securing large enterprise wide multi-million dollar agreements.

Today, Mr. Robb participates on various boards advising on revenue generation strategies and value – differentiation growth methods, and assists with securing new strategic alliances and customer agreements.
